Gosha Rubchinskiy

The aim of the project was to learn how to work with Editorial design. We were given an opportunity to work with a topic of our choice to create a two page spread, which can be used in a magazine.

For this project my focus appeared to be Gosha Rubchinskiy, worldwide known Russian street-wear designer. I was always interested in him as a designer, due to his approach to fashion, as he tents to focus on a very particular aspect of Russia, the skateboarding kult. Throughout the project a very simple color pallet was chosen, in order to highlight the style of the designer. Overall I think the project turned out to be a success, as well as still appears to be one of my favourites.
